The freshly remodeled homes that are offered through this website are not

      yet on the MLS and not yet available through any other agent.  

You have the opportunity to be the buyer on these homes at a discounted

      price before they are made available to the general public. 

• These properties represent a great way to get a fantastic deal on a home. It's not easy for the average Buyer to find these deals, because they are not available from any other agent, source or website. 

• They are offered at a discounted price in order to achieve a quick sale for the seller. Remodels start to finish generally take 2-3 weeks, and if you act now you would be able to close escrow and then move in as soon as the home is complete.

• We do not give out the address or put the homes on the MLS due security and safety issues due to work in progress, you cannot be on the property unescorted.

• We are happy to take any interested, qualified buyer out to the home to tour the property in order to determine if you have an interest.

      The Sellers accept VA, FHA, & Conventional financing.

(While we do not require you to use our financing, we do require that you do qualify with them in order for us to insure you are able to secure a loan. We do believe our lenders offer the best rates and terms available so you will be able to compare this to any other lender you are considering. Our lenders will normally have an answer for you within 24 hours.) 

• These homes are currently being remodeled and as such we do not yet have final information or pictures available. We do have most of the information on the homes and the scheduled upgrades being installed and photos of homes completed by the same Seller.

If you're the type of person who recognizes what a great deal these homes represent, but are not sure if this particular home meets your needs, know that we always have several available single family homes with at least 3 bedrooms 2 baths in the San Diego area. 

If it ends up that none of our current properties meet your criteria,

we generally have 6-8 new homes becoming available each month

and we will make sure you are notified if you wish. 

The time to act is now. Once the remodel is complete, these properties are immediately put on the MLS and offered to the general public, at which time offers are accepted directly from buyers or through agents.
